| I want to build a grape arbor but don't know what type of wood to use. Would pressure treated lumber give off arsnic to the grapes? I would like to build something that will last and not have to be painted. |
| If you are concerend about the use of pressure treated wood, you might instead try sturdy metal pipes or cedar posts which are naturally decay resistant -- both traditionally used for arbors befoe the advent of the treated wood. |
