I'm guessing the plant is actually Chinese Cabbage 'Bouquet', known in Cantonese as Choy Sum. Choy, meaning vegetable and Sum meaning heart or flowering stem. It's the Asian equivalent of sprouting broccoli, with thick flowering shoots and a mild mustard flavor. You can purchase seeds through Territiorial Seed Company, PO Box 157, Cottage Grove, OR 97424-0061. Phone (541) 942-9547.
