I love Queen Anne's lace. Can I grow it in Houston? If so, how should I plant and care for it?

Yes, Queen Anne's Lace will grow throughout the south. It is grown as an annual. Choose an area that receives full sun and good drainage. Plant seeds in early to mid fall and enjoy the harvest of blooms the following spring.
