we have a small farm and raise milk cow's from baby's until old enough to milk.every year we are over run with, what looks like, common house fly's.I think they are laying thier eggs in the cow dung.Is there an insect we can get that will help control the populus by eating the fly larvae? If not, then where should i look for the infestation, and how can i control them without indangering the cows.We also have a few free range chickens and eat there eggs.

This is a health issue both for the animals and for you, so I would strongly suggest you contact your county extension (764-6300) for suggestions on managing the manure and controlling the flies around the animals as well as around the home.
