| Unfortunately, there are several methods that can be used to propagate plants, but without knowing which plant it is it is difficult to suggest which one to try for your particular plant. Perhaps you could ask for a more detailed name at the place where you bought the plant or ask someone who has several plants of their own to help you identify it.
