What is the best way to clean house plant leaves?

The best way is to gently vaccuum them regularly and then rinse them occasionally in tepid water. If that is not practical, then wipe them with a soft cloth dipped in plain tepid water. An exception to this would be the fuzzy leafed plants such as African violets which are better dusted very gently with a soft paint brush rather than moistened.
