I am looking to plant 5 evergreen trees to create privacy from next door, could you recomend a fast growing very full tree for zone 6, the house will cast some shade from 2pm on.

Also I have 3 very large blue spruce trees in front can I propogate them, and how, can you plant pine cones, or put cutting in water?

Unfortunately, most evergreens grow relatively slowly. You might consider arborvitae for the screening planting, or perhaps Douglasfirs, if you have room for them in that area. Spruces can be propagated by seed which germinate quickly without pretreatment, according to Michael Dirr's "Manual of Woody Landscape Plants", but the seedlings may show a lot of variation in color from the parents.
