Night Jasmine?
Category: Perennials
My wife and are looking to plant Night Jasmine, that is if we can find it!

But my question is can night jasmine be grown in Zone 5? Perennial,
annual, container? We love it and can't get enough of it but we are new
gardeners so any help/advice would be great.

I found two references. The first was in Hortus III - Nyctanthes arbor-tristis. This is a tropical shrub that would not be hardy in your area except as an annual or grown in a container and brought in for the winter.

The second was for Night-blooming jasmine, Cestrum elegans. This, too, is a tropical shrub, hardy to only Zone 10. This one is available from Logee's Greenhouses, 141 North STreet, Danielson, CT 06239, 888-330-8038. I could not find a source for Nyctanthes, but you might ask Logee's since they are purveyors of all sorts of wondrous tropical plants.
