'Buffalo' is a cultivar of Juniperus sabina, or Savin juniper. Its growth rate is described as slow, though this will be affected by climate, soil type, water availability, and sunlight levels, among other factors. However, you can expect this low-growing shrub to grow about 10" high and 8 feet wide in 10 years.
