I stared to soak my morning glories seeds. Now 2 days later some seeds have swelled and the rest have stayed the same size. Are the ones that didn't swell bad?

Soaking is a good idea for hard coated seeds such as morning glories, but you shouldn't leave the seeds in water for more than 24 hours or they will drown! Take the seeds out of the water and plant them right away. Those seeds that didn't swell can still be planted. Just chip or nick the seed coat before planting the seeds to help them soak up moisture while they're in the ground.
