It took a little sleuthing to find out that 'Angel Mist' is a variety of Angelonia angustifolia, which is a tender perennial native to Mexico and the West Indies. 'Angel Mist' is a proprietary variety owned by Ball Inc., so seeds aren't available. A. angustifolia is not hardy enough to overwinter in Minnesota, but you might be able to keep cuttings going over the winter. There's lots of information at the Ball FloraPlant site that might help you with the process.
