Unfortunately there is no specific list to give you. Deer are able to adapt and learn to eat new plants, so the answer will depend on what the deer in your area have learned to eat so far. In a bad winter they may eat many more plants than they would in a moderate one, too. You might check with your county extension and with your neighbors to see what they are having luck with (and trouble with) locally. If deer are browsing in your yard, you might have some success with the commercially formulated repellents, but in my own sad experience, the best long term solution is usually a fence. |
