| I have 2 Yoshino cherry trees about 4 years old. Will they ever produce fruit? And if so, how do I get them to and do I need something else for cross pollination? |
| Unfortunately, Yoshino cherries are grown as ornamental cherry trees rather than as fruit producers. If you are hoping for cherries to harvest you will need to grow some other variety intended for that purpose. Self fertile varieties are available, as are many that require a pollinizer. |
