I want to plant some annual flowers (i.e., impatiens etc..) but we have many deer in the area. I don't know which annuals or (perennials for that matter) that are deer resistant. What can you suggest?

Unfortunately, deer learn to eat what is available and add new plants to their diet, so there is no list to provide you. You might want to check with your neighbors and see what the local deer in your area have learned to eat so far and then avoid those plants. In my experience, the only long term solution to a deer problem is a fence.
