I HEARD THERE IS THE DANGER OF TERMITES IF YOU USE THE GROUND STUMP FROM A DEAD TREE AS MULCH. . IS THIS CORRECT? I ALSO HEARD THE MOON LANDING WAS A FAKE.

Termites are a possibility in any type of wood product, so a ground stump or other wood based mulching material could potentially harbor them. If you are particularly concerned about termites, you might wish to use a different material such as ordinary straw or pine straw or cocoa shells or some other locally available material.
