We just had an above ground pool installed.
There is about a 3 foot area of dirt surrounding the pool.
Are there any type of plants or shrubs that would do well(CHLORINE) And not root under the pool?? OR GRASS?

Since any shrub will send roots outward, they would potentially root under the pool. For ease of maintenance on the pool (and access to maintain the planting) and to avoid any wear and tear due to rubbing branches, you might find that plain turf is the best way to go.
