Speeding Up Germination - Knowledgebase Question

I HAVE A HEAT AND GROW MINI GREEHOUSE AND PLANTED IMPATIENS AND ANNUAL VINCA IN IT LAST WEEK. HOW CAN I GET THEM TO GERMINATE FASTER SO THEY WILL BE READY TO PLANT OUT AFTER MAY 15TH?

Bottom heat will help them germinate faster, then once they germinate place them in the brightest light available. Both of these plants take a long time to reach average transplant size, so they may not be ready in only a month even with the best of conditions.
