Can daffodils be transplanted immediately after the leaves are completely wilted or must I wait till the fall.Will I loose the blooms for the following year?

Daffodils can be transplanted any time in the spring if you do it carefully and quickly and water them in well when replanted. As long as the foliage is left to mature and the bulbs are of adequate size, they should bloom next year.
