The Q&A Archives: Wilting Hydrangea

Question: Houseplant hydrangea, purchased, repotted into bigger pot (clay) plant wilting within one week. What does it need?

Answer: It's probably just reacting to the stress of being transplanted. Keep the soil moist (not soggy wet) and provide protection from strong sunlight. Don't fertilize until it regains its health. The plant should perk up soon!
