The Q&A Archives: Light Frost

Question: hi
I have geraniums, and begonias in pots I would
like to take them outdoors, will they take the cold nights?
or should i wait a couple of weeks.

Answer: These plants will not take frost so it might be wise to wait until nights are in the 40's. (Tuberous rooted begonias need even warmer nights than that.) You can set them outdoors for the day and then bring them inside at night, though.
