Someone gave me some wisteria pods. I would like to know how to start them. Do you just plant the seeds from them or do you have to do sometihng to them first?

According to Michael Dirr's "Manual of Woody Landscape Plants" the seeds should germinate without any special treatment if gathered and planted in the fall. If they have dried out (as yours probably have by now), he suggests soaking them in plain warm water for 24 hours first.
