Seeds In Daffodils - Knowledgebase Question

I was looking at a daffodil and there were tiny seeds inside. If I planted the seeds, would new daffodils grow?

If the seeds are fully mature, they can be planted and may grow. They take several years to reach blooming size bulbs, however. The seedlings look more or less like a blade of grass.
