When do you harvest garlic and cilantro?

Garlic can be harvested when the leaves begin to turn brown. Lift carefully and cure in a warm, dry place for a few weeks, then store in a cool, dark place.

Young Cilantro leaves can be snipped and used in salads, soups and a variety of recipes.
