The Q&A Archives: Spacing For Radishes In 12 X 4 Garden

Question: I was wondering what kind of spacing I will need for planting radishes.

Answer: Radishes are normally seeded fairly close together because you will thin them as you go and begin by eating the thinnings. An average would be 3/4 inch or an inch apart. Start pulling every other one when they are about the size of a marble. You can plant them in a row or in a little group.
