I have one tree each of Chojuro and Kosui Asian pear, and Comice, Flemish Beauty and Sierra European pear. Can the European pears pollinate the Asian pears, and vice versa?

European pears generally bloom earlier than Asian pears, but if the blooming periods overlap, your Asians will pollinate your European pears. With the variety you're growing, you shouldn't have pollination problems. Enjoy!
