You may be looking for Monkey Puzzle Tree (Araucaria). These trees are native to Chile so your gardening zone may be a bit harsh for it. Monkey Puzzle trees grow best in full sunshine in average garden soil with good drainage. The trees eventually reach 70'-90' and are really spectacular when full grown. I don't know of a source in your area but a check with local nurseries might help you find one. Good luck in your search!
