I was given a start from a Rex begonia and it is growing very nicely. I was wondering if it gets flowers?

Rex begonias will flower if you pay close attention to their requirements for high humidity. Mist the plants daily or place the pot on a tray of pebbles to which you add water. (The evaporating water will increase humidity around the plant.) Rex begonias usually grow from rhizomes, which are the storage organs for the plant. I expect your rooted cutting will eventually develop a rhizomatous mass, at which point you can divide it and have many more plants.
