Can a pear tree pollinate with an apple or peach tree?

Unfortunately, no. You would need a tree of the same type of fruit and one that blooms at the same time as the tree you want fruit on. Most fruit tree suppliers can tell you which tree variety will pollinate which other varieties -- some have very specific requirements.
