I have planted two flame seedless grape plants. They are about 3 feet tall. The next day leaves and vines are wilting. Is this some kind of shock?

Most plants suffer from transplant shock. It's more noticeable in plants with large leaves, such as grapevines. Keep the soil consistently moist (not wet) until the roots establish. You might want to protect from hot afternoon sun until they establish. Don't fertilize for a month or so. Your grapevines should perk up!
