| I was wondering if it is possible to plant Vinca seeds outside instead of indoors. What is the normal germination. Not sure if I'm too late this year for seeds or not. |
| It's best to sow Catharanthus (vinca) seeds in March to give the seedlings time to mature so they can flower early in the season. You can sow them outdoors now.
