I need your help in finding a plant with perfect combination in foliage color and texture to put in between my irises and artemisia/wormwood.

The soft gray foliage of your artemisia and bright green leaves of the iris make interesting companions in the garden. Try a plant with a dark green leaf for added texture. One with a bright color will contrast nicely and one with a pale color will bring the other two plants into balance. The ultimate decision is yours, but I think I'd plant Europs pectinatus or white chrysanthemum frutescens (also known as Marguerite).
