The Q&A Archives: Hot Peppers

Question: I plan on planting different varieties of hot peppers in my garden this year. Are there certain vegetables that hot peppers should not be planted next to?If you could answer this question it would be a great help.

Answer: Off the top of my head, I can't think of any that peppers should not be planted adcacent or next to. A possible caution would be to rotate your plantings from year to year so as not to repeat pepper, tomato, potato, or eggplant being planted in the same spot for about three to five years.
