I sprouted Agapanthus seeds. They are about 4 months old, and inch or more high, and have started to grow their third leaf. I am curious how old they will be before they are sturdy enough to flower? Will it be a year or so?

Congratulation on your successful germination of agapanthus seeds! You can expect your plants to flower in 2-3 years, and produce offsets from the bulbs in 3-4 years.
