Last year I planted the Strawberry Plants, The plants overwinterd well and have presently lots of berries.
Question:? Are the berries "white" when it is time to pick, or are they "red". I do have plants with both colors ( more red as white plants)Up until now we had in this area we had very cold waether for this time of year. Anyway the big question is will the white ones turn red or do I pick them?

Usually strawberries start out green and white and mature to red. It's preferable to allow them to ripen on the plant. Taste will also help you know when they are fully ripe. Enjoy!
