Blossom drop has many possible causes and many of them are environmental. A cool spell, a rainy spell, a hot, dry and windy spell, a period of cold nights or hot nights or even allowing the soil to dry out can all cause the blossoms to drop off. Another possibility is lack of pollination. You could try shaking the plant or you could try pollinating using a soft paint brush if you think this might be the problem.
