I have a climing rose, but its leaves are begining to fall off. There don't seem to be any bugs on it; I've even tried malathion dusting powder but nothings helping.
The leaves start to get holes on them then they eventually fall off, also several of the blossoms are partially eaten. It LOOKS like somthings eating it, but I haven't found ANY bugs. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You might be seeing the damage done by June beetles, a pest that works at night, or rose chafers. Control can be difficult, but you can try handpicking (look for June beetles at night by flashlight, these are big, about an inch long) and using a spray containing neem to work as a repellent.
