I need to know about a plant I bought that had a tag on it caling it "Mexican Heather". Can you help?

Hardy Mexican Heather, Cuphea glutinosa, is a perennial plant growing 8" high with a spread of 2'. It provides purple blooms all summer long if planted in full sun and moist but well draining soil. It's great for containers, too.
