IS IT TRUE WHAT THEY SAY THAT MARAGOLDS KEEP RABBITS AWAY?I HAVE MARAGOLDS PLANTED ALL AROUND MY HERBS AND VEGETABLES. THEY ARE STILL EATING MY BASIL AND PARSLEY, WHICH I KNOW THEY DO. THEY SAY THEY DONT LIKE THE SMELL OF THEM. I CAME TO ASK BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHO TO BELIEVE. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME TIPS.

The rabbits at my house eat whatever they please, too. People also say garlic plants will repel them, but rabbits are true pests and the best way to control them is to exclude them with a fence. Another thing you can try although people report mixed results, is the repellent sprays. These are available commercially or you can make your own using a red pepper and/or garlic base.
