I recently planted a small crop of sweet corn under a mullberry tree, I forgot about all the berries dropping, will this effect my corn in any way?

I would not expect the berries to hurt the corn, but I would be concerned about planting under the tree. Corn requires full sun and a good rich soil, and the tree will compete against it for not only sun and nutrients, but moisture as well.
