I have tomato plants that have been planted for about 3 weeks. Our weather has been very chaotic. One day it is sunny and 90 degrees and the next 4 days rainy and 65 degrees. The plants are starting to flower but have not grown. Should I take off the flowers and allow the plants to grow more?

You are right when you say we have had a wild weather stretch. In my experience it is better to leave them alone to bloom and set fruit in their own good time. Meanwhile, make sure they are kept evenly moist but not sopping wet and keep an eye on the soil fertility. Here's to a good crop!
