White cucumbers or middle East cumbers - Knowledgebase Question

A friend gave us some seeds for what she calls white cucumbers, I think they are aksi referred to as Middle east cucumbers. I have them growing and have a number of them on the vines, but I have no idea when they are
ready to be picked or how they are eaten, Thank you

You may be growing what is also called the Armenian cucumber, which can grow quite long (to three feet or so) and stays a pale green. It takes a long hot growing season to mature, so allow about 70 days. They can be eaten without peeling and should stay sweet. Enjoy!
