I recently planted several herbs outside including basil, parsley, rosemary. The basil seems to be getting small, pinholes on some of the leaves but I see no visible sign of aphids or other insects. Do you know what might be causing this and is an organic pesticide helpful? |
Tiny holes such as that could be caused by flea beetles. They can be excluded by using a summer weight row cover. You could also try a repellent such as a garlic or neem based spray, sinc ethis is a food plant be sure to read and follow the label instructions carefully. |
