| Some zucchini that I am picking is very bitter and is inedible. What may have caused this? What can I do to corrrect this without destroying all my plants. |
| Flavor is to some extent dependent on the variety you are growing, but the best flavored zukes are the smaller ones. (Baby zukes are a delicacy.) Moisture stress can also make them taste bitter, so make sure they are kept evenly moist during dry spells. |
