I have spearmint growing everywhere! What are some uses for it? I've heard people use it for tea but I'm not sure exactly how.
Thanks!

You can use mint in many ways. Add a few springs to lemonade or iced tea or to fruit salad. Add it to sugar cookies. Put a handful in cheesecloth and steep it in hot water to taste for hot tea -- and later, iced. Dry it and use it for hot tea. Use it to flavor jelly. Add it to potpourri. It is used in many Middle Eastern recipes for example and a quick internet search will yield lots of recipes. Mint is extremely invasive and it is probably impossible to use it all. You can also cut it and add it to the compost pile.
