Harvest For Zucchini - Knowledgebase Question

First time grower. Need to know how long can the harvest last for most of the zucchinis. One month? Two months?

Zucchini plants can be quite prolific over the entire summer, as long as you keep the fruit harvested. If fruits are allowed to become overmature, the plants will put most of their energy into developing seeds and will stop producing new fruit. I think zucchini tastes best when they're 6"-7" long and about 1 1/2" in diameter. Hope you have a terrific harvest!
