My Green Peppers are small and thin walled. The garden is in full sun all day and the plants are on an automatic watering system, getting water each day.

There are several factors that can influence pepper size and quality. Peppers are a heat-loving crop, and are particularly sensitive to environmental stresses, such as cool weather or inconsistent water availability. They also like high humidity. Pepper plants should be generously spaced to allow plenty of sunshine to reach all parts of the plant. Water regularly -- even daily -- during dry spells. Mulch plants to conserve moisture. And during fruiting feed plants with a low-nitrogen fertilizer.
