Can jalapeno, banana and green peppers be frozen and kept all winter long, and if so, how is it done?

Peppers of all kinds are very easy to freeze. According to the Ball Blue Book, wash them and then put into freezer bags or boxes, label, seal and freeze. You might want to remove the seeds and stems and possibly cut them into pieces before freezing. In any case, no blanching is needed.
