I think I have overwatered a miniature rose bush that I just purchased. I squeeze the pot and water drips out. What to do?

Don't worry too much, simply allow the water to drain out the bottom. If the pot is in a saucer, empty the saucer so the bottom of the pot is not sitting in water.

When you water, you want to make the soil thoroughly moist but not sopping wet. A little water draining through is fine. A good, well drained potting soil will allow any excess to drain out.

I hope this helps.
