Caladiums are not winter hardy so you will need to dig them up once a frost has killed back the tops. Allow them to air dry for a day or so and then store in peat moss or sawdust in a paper bag or cardboard box (this allows air circulation) in a cool but not cold location. Check them periodically for mold during storage.
