How WOULD I start a new plant from MY Russian Sage PLANT, Do I divide the plant ROOTS-DOES IT MAKE SEED- CAN I TAKE A CUTTING. JUST HOW WOULD I START A NEW PLANT ? THANKS !

Russian sage is very deep rooted and nearly impossible to divide. Instead, take tip cuttings in mid summer and root them in barely damp soilless potting mix or sand.
